Advice

I am engaged. If you are not qualified to give me advice… I don’t want your advice. If I don’t ask for your advice… don’t give me your advice.

Crazy people, miserable people, people who hate the opposite sex, people who hate their own sex, Larry King, Geraldo Rivera, Elizabeth Taylor, oh… and Oprah. These people are NOT QUALIFIED to give advice on marriage.

There is no formula to marriage. There are basic things that will help your marriage: listening, trusting, and communicating… oh, and love. Those four things seem to make a marriage work really well. And that has been the consistent advice from people who are qualified to give me advice.
